Trey H. Taylor is an Associate Attorney whose practice is dedicated to family and guardianship law.
As an undergraduate, Trey attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics before attending the University of Houston Law Center and earning his Juris Doctor.
Trey began his legal career in 2019, already a father of two, with a passion for helping children, parents, and spouses overcome some of life’s most difficult choices and challenges.

Focused Family and Guardianship Guidance
Before devoting his focus to family law in 2022, Trey assisted clients with a wide range of legal issues, including small business matters, property disputes, HOA and POA disputes, evictions, and consumer protection matters.
Today, Trey primarily focuses on divorce, child custody and support, CPS defense, adoptions, guardianship, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
His work is rooted in helping clients move through difficult transitions with clarity, integrity, and a sense of security for themselves and their families.
