Teresa has almost 20 years of legal practice, which has been primarily focused on trial law with an emphasis on trucking and oilfield injury litigation defense.
Teresa has a passion in helping people learn how to best protect their families and businesses, and decided to expend her legal practice to family law and estate planning. Some of the family law areas are divorce, child custody, alimony and pre-marital agreements. Teresa works with families’ estate planning needs such as wills, powers of attorney, medical directive to physicians, setting up trusts and probate matters. She also co-authored a book, More Than Money – How To Leave A Lasting Legacy To Your Family.
Teresa is very active in The Woodlands community. Teresa is currently a member of the board of directors for the Executive Women’s Alliance and is a former director of both The Woodlands and Montgomery County Bar Associations. She also enjoys playing golf and is active with a women’s golf organization called Women on Course.
Teresa is married and has two boys engaged in school sports and community activities. The family resides in The Woodlands, Texas.

Moira Rankin Cooper is a native Houstonian who has been practicing law for over 27 years. She received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M and her law degree at Texas Southern University. After graduating from law school, she served as a federal judicial law clerk to the Honorable Melinda Harmon in the United States District Court, Southern District of Texas.
In 1991, Moira shifted to private practice where she handled various legal issues and accepted court appointments for criminal, family, and juvenile matters. Her current areas of legal specialty include corporation and LLC formation, trademark maintenance and defense, family law, probate, estate planning, and real estate.
Moira approaches her clients with empathy and a can-do attitude. She is a driven-problem solver and motivated to bring her cases to a firm and final resolution.
In her free time, Moira enjoys looking at art, spending time with horses, attending to her Koi fish, and spending time with her family.
Elissa Noske has a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Sam Houston State University. Elissa has worked several years in the legal field which is a good fit for her excellent interpersonal skills. Elissa treats every individual with respect and compassion. She is a wonderful “face of the office” as well as being the “glue” that ensures everyone in the office is going in the right direction on a daily basis. She is a wealth of information.
In her spare time, Elissa enjoys reading, hiking, and being with her family.
Tammi Lockwood has an ABA accredited Associates Degree of Paralegal Studies from Lonestar College. With 30 years of experience as a paralegal in Texas and Florida. Tammi’s experience is in civil litigation, personal injury, real estate, family law, probate, adoption, and estate planning. In 2016, she completed the Montgomery County Dispute Resolution Center’s course for General and Family Mediation. Tammi is also an active member with the State Bar of Texas – Paralegal Division and NALA – the nation’s leading professional association for paralegals.
In her spare time, Tammi and her husband, volunteer with the Commemorative Air Force, which includes flying, restoring and preserving WWII planes for next generations to learn from. Since 2013, she has served on the Staff of the Houston Wing as Finance and Membership Officer. She and her husband both bowl on a weekly league, as well as support the Junior Diabetes fundraising in their community. Tammi is an avid quilter, animal lover and has been known to make blankets for the local animal shelters.

Emily Artificavitch moved to The Woodlands area in 1991. She graduated from Lone Star College and studied Business-IT Management at WGU. Her certifications include Project Management, CIW Internet Business Associate, CIW Site Development Associate, CIW Network Technology, and CompTIA A+.
Emily currently serves on the Tamina Cemetery and Community Project working to restore a historic community. Her previous volunteer work includes serving on the MCUW Young Mother’s Daycare Scholarship Committee, being a mentor to young women through MCUW Women’s Leadership Council, and serving several years as a Committee Chair and Asst. District Commissioner for Boy Scouts of America.
She and her husband of 25 years have four grown children and two granddaughters. She enjoys crafting, fixing computers, and traveling.
