Teresa has over 24 years of legal practice and a passion for helping people learn how to best protect their families and businesses. Some of the family law areas are divorce, child custody, adoption, and pre-marital agreements. Teresa works with families’ estate planning needs such as wills, powers of attorney, medical directive to physicians, setting up trusts and probate matters. She also co-authored a book, More Than Money – How to Leave A Lasting Legacy to Your Family.
Teresa and her husband, Mark, have two boys. Her younger son enjoys scouts and band while her oldest son attends Texas A&M.
Being active in the community is important to Teresa. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Executive Women’s Alliance and a former Director of both The Woodlands and Montgomery County Bar Associations. She also enjoys playing golf and is active with a women’s golf organization called Women on Course.

Elissa Noske has a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Sam Houston State University. Elissa has worked several years in the legal field which is a good fit for her excellent interpersonal skills. Elissa treats every individual with respect and compassion. She is a wonderful “face of the office” as well as being the “glue” that ensures everyone in the office is going in the right direction on a daily basis. She is a wealth of information.
In her spare time, Elissa enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her fiance’.
Tammi Lockwood has an ABA accredited Associates Degree of Paralegal Studies from Lonestar College. With 30 years of experience as a paralegal in Texas and Florida. Tammi’s experience is in civil litigation, personal injury, real estate, family law, probate, adoption, and estate planning. In 2016, she completed the Montgomery County Dispute Resolution Center’s course for General and Family Mediation. Tammi is also an active member with the State Bar of Texas – Paralegal Division and NALA – the nation’s leading professional association for paralegals.
In her spare time, Tammi and her husband, volunteer with the Commemorative Air Force, which includes flying, restoring and preserving WWII planes for next generations to learn from. Since 2013, she has served on the Staff of the Houston Wing as Finance and Membership Officer. She and her husband both bowl on a weekly league, as well as support the Junior Diabetes fundraising in their community. Tammi is an avid quilter, animal lover and has been known to make blankets for the local animal shelters.

Emily moved to The Woodlands area in 1991. She graduated from Lone Star College and studied Business-IT Management at WGU. Her certifications include Project+ Management, CIW Internet Business Associate, CIW Site Development Associate, CIW Network Technology, and CompTIA A+.
She currently serves on the Tamina Cemetery and Community Project working to restore a historic community and the WISE Committee that raises funds for local charities.
She and her husband of 25 years have four grown children and two granddaughters. She enjoys crafting, computer repair, and traveling.
