Teresa has almost 20 years of legal practice, which has been primarily focused on trial law with an emphasis on trucking and oilfield injury litigation defense.
Teresa has a passion in helping people learn how to best protect their families and businesses, and decided to expend her legal practice to family law and estate planning. Some of the family law areas are divorce, child custody, alimony and pre-marital agreements. Teresa works with families’ estate planning needs such as wills, powers of attorney, medical directive to physicians, setting up trusts and probate matters. She also co-authored a book, More Than Money – How To Leave A Lasting Legacy To Your Family.
Teresa is very active in The Woodlands community. Teresa is currently a member of the board of directors for the Executive Women’s Alliance and is a former director of both The Woodlands and Montgomery County Bar Associations. She also enjoys playing golf and is active with a women’s golf organization called Women on Course.
Teresa is married and has two boys engaged in school sports and community activities. The family resides in The Woodlands, Texas.

Ashleigh Renae Perry has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Baylor University. After graduating from Baylor, she went on to attend South Texas College of Law. She has interned for the Criminal and Civil District Courts in Harris County which has provided her insight into what matters to Judges. South Texas equipped Ashleigh with the skills to zealously serve her clients. Ashleigh has served the Houston community for 3 years in variety of areas. She has civil, criminal, and family law experience. Family Law has always been her primary passion. She is a member of the Texas Bar Family Law Section and the Houston Family Law Group. Ashleigh strives tmake the litigation process as smooth as possible. She decided to go into the legal profession because she saw the need for skilled compassionate attorneys in the Houston community. The legal profession has allowed her to use her profession to give back and impact the surrounding community positively. Ashleigh believes her clients deserve her best EVERY TIME! They deserve no less.
Tammy S. Breen
Elissa Noske has a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Sam Houston State University. Elissa has worked several years in the legal field which is a good fit for her excellent interpersonal skills. Elissa treats every individual with respect and compassion. She is a wonderful “face of the office” as well as being the “glue” that ensures everyone in the office is going in the right direction on a daily basis. She is a wealth of information.
In her spare time, Elissa enjoys reading, hiking, and being with her family.
Barbara K. Calhoun
Tammi Lockwood has an ABA accredited Associates Degree of Paralegal Studies from Lonestar College. With 30 years of experience as a paralegal in Texas and Florida. Tammi’s experience is in civil litigation, personal injury, real estate, family law, probate, adoption, and estate planning. In 2016, she completed the Montgomery County Dispute Resolution Center’s course for General and Family Mediation. Tammi is also an active member with the State Bar of Texas – Paralegal Division and NALA – the nation’s leading professional association for paralegals.
In her spare time, Tammi and her husband, volunteer with the Commemorative Air Force, which includes flying, restoring and preserving WWII planes for next generations to learn from. Since 2013, she has served on the Staff of the Houston Wing as Finance and Membership Officer. She and her husband both bowl on a weekly league, as well as support the Junior Diabetes fundraising in their community. Tammi is an avid quilter, animal lover and has been known to make blankets for the local animal shelters.

Stephanie York has over 15 years of experience as a paralegal in the State of Texas. Stephanie’s has experience in personal injury and criminal law; however, her primary focus has been in family law. She works incessantly to ensure that the clients obtain their objectives as easy as possible given the circumstances. Each and every client receives her excessive compassion and attentiveness during these trying times.
Stephanie along with her husband of 12 years are raising four children, three girls and one boy. Stephanie is an extremely involved parent in all their activities and endeavors. Stephanie does; however, also find the time to be creative with her wreath/mum business. She also, like the rest of the office, loves animals and tries to escape to her family farm as much as possible.
