Hannah Kinney is a native Texan that has lived in many other parts of the country but has finally made it back home. Hannah earned her undergraduate degree from Cleveland State University (magna cum laude). Hannah earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona where she holds a Master’s Degree in Gender and Women’s Studies.  
 
Hannah began her family law career in the domestic violence law clinic in law school and continued with a year-long judicial clerkship for the Presiding Family Law Judge in Pima County. Hannah has been a practicing family law attorney since 2021 and has been at De Ford Law since September 2022. Throughout her career, Hannah has handled a diverse range of family law cases, including divorce, child custody disputes, same sex parentage, spousal support, and complex financial division. Her approach emphasizes collaboration and negotiation, with a keen focus on achieving mutually beneficial resolutions whenever possible. Her unique blend of settlement expertise and litigation prowess makes her a trusted ally for individuals navigating the complexities of family law.  

 Outside of the office, Hannah can be found going for long walks with her family through The Woodlands trails, or reading a book for one of the many book clubs she is in.
