Hannah Kinney
I am a native Texan that has lived in many other parts of the country but I have finally made it back home. After earning my undergraduate degree from Cleveland State University, I went on to pursue my Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona where where I also graduated with a Master’s Degree in Gender and Women’s Studies.
I began my family law career in Law School where I work in the domestic violence law clinic and continued with a year-long judicial clerkship for the Presiding Family Law Judge in Pima County. I have been a practicing family law attorney since 2021 and has been at De Ford Law since September 2022. Throughout my career, I have handled a diverse range of family law cases, including divorce, child custody disputes, same sex parentage, spousal support, and complex financial division. My approach emphasizes collaboration and negotiation, with a keen focus on achieving mutually beneficial resolutions whenever possible. My unique blend of settlement expertise and litigation prowess makes her a trusted ally for individuals navigating the complexities of family law.
Outside of the office, I can be found going for long walks with my family through The Woodlands trails, or reading a book for one of the many book clubs I am a part of.
