Hannah Kinney
Hannah is a dedicated family law attorney with a strong commitment to guiding individuals through complex legal matters with compassion and expertise. A native Texan, she has lived in various parts of the country before returning to Texas. She graduated magna cum laude from Cleveland State University and went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate and a master’s degree in Gender and Women’s Studies from the University of Arizona.
Hannah’s legal career began in law school, where she worked in a domestic violence law clinic, gaining firsthand experience advocating for vulnerable individuals. She further honed her skills during a year-long judicial clerkship with the Presiding Family Law Judge in Pima County. Since becoming a practicing attorney in 2021, she has handled a broad spectrum of family law cases, including divorce, child custody disputes, same-sex parentage, spousal support, and complex financial division. Hannah’s approach emphasizes collaboration and negotiation, focusing on achieving mutually beneficial resolutions whenever possible. Her unique blend of settlement expertise and litigation prowess makes her a trusted ally for individuals navigating the complexities of family law.
Outside of her legal practice, Hannah enjoys exploring The Woodlands trails with her family or reading a book from one of the many book clubs she belongs to.
